EatBCM engaged us to design and develop a digital platform that functioned as both a customer experience hub and an operational backbone for their meal delivery business. The project involved creating a UX-centric eCommerce and subscription website, supported by advanced meal planning tools, nutritional calculators, and scheduling functionality.

The platform also incorporated a comprehensive backend framework to support inventory management, pick-and-pack workflows, and integration with the client’s existing delivery network via APIs. Particular focus was placed on usability, conversion, and scalability to support recurring orders and operational efficiency.

UX Centric Design

The shop page is fully featured with several filters, AJAX powered add-to-cart, live cart updates visually representing showing the minimum cart order being reached with each product added.
